Is 8 seats the right size?

Four to eight travelers who need to arrive composed. Every seat faces forward with its own armrests, legroom, power outlet and USB port.

Add Wi-Fi, a flat-screen display, a refreshment center and overhead bins and you've got a business cabin. No bar, no party lighting. With six aboard, the spare seats take the laptop bags.

If the evening is social, the 8-passenger limo Sprinter is the lounge version of the same van. For nine or ten travelers, move to the 10-passenger executive Sprinter.

The experience

A work cabin for a small team

Your driver arrives early, says hello and handles the luggage while everyone settles into a forward-facing seat with an outlet already at hand. Give them one contact in the group and the day runs on one set of instructions.

Forward-facing seats, power at each one and a quiet ride. It is the opposite of the 8-seat Limo Sprinter, which shares the capacity and nothing else. Leadership pods, airport arrivals and client dinners are its regular work.

Six to eight travelers with light luggage is the comfortable load. For an airport pickup with roller bags, send the exact bag count before assuming all eight seats stay usable — the 10-seat version is often the safer booking when people, staff and equipment travel together.

A common day is Sky Harbor to a Camelback corridor office, then a dinner transfer later. Send flight numbers and tell us whether you want curbside pickup or a coordinated meeting point. If arrivals are hours apart, two transfers often cost less than holding one vehicle.

Weekdays are the easy bookings

Corporate travel gets the best of our calendar. Four out of five dates people ask us about are Fridays or Saturdays, so a Tuesday Sky Harbor transfer or a Wednesday client visit is competing with almost nobody.

Short notice is normal at this size too. Groups of ten and under come to us about three weeks out, and a site visit confirmed on Monday for Thursday isn't unusual at all.

It's a good fit for a leadership retreat up in Sedona or Carefree, and for a foursome or two heading to a golf outing at Troon North or We-Ko-Pa, where the drive is long enough to make a proper seat and a charged phone worth having.

Size up or size down?

This is the smallest executive Sprinter, so it's up or across. The 10-passenger executive Sprinter adds two forward-facing seats in the same cabin, which covers the assistant or the client's colleague who joins late.

If the trip is a celebration, the 8-passenger limo Sprinter has wraparound lounge seating, LED lighting and a wet bar. If presentation matters more than workspace, the Lincoln 10-passenger limo makes a statement at a resort entrance that a van simply won't.

An executive Sprinter is van-sized, so it uses the commercial pickup curbs at Sky Harbor, the valet lanes at the Camelback and Biltmore resorts and office-park visitor lanes without any special arrangement. Luggage goes in the overhead bins and whatever cabin space the layout leaves, so tell us the bag count. Eight travelers with big suitcases may need the 10 or 12.

Phoenix tips for this vehicle

  • Coordinate the drop-off time with your resort's event team. Scottsdale porte-cochères get busy and they will tell you when to arrive.
  • Book at least two weeks out for January through March, which is conference season here.
  • For Sedona with 8 travelers, leave by eight in the morning or you lose the day to the drive.
  • Send flight numbers for a Sky Harbor pickup and we will track the arrival.
  • Summer is the quiet season, so short-notice dates are far easier between June and September.
  • Ask about direct billing and W-9 paperwork if your finance team needs it — easier now than after the trip.

The limo version has wraparound lounge seating, LED party lighting and a wet bar. One is built for travelling and working, the other for a night out.
Carry-ons and briefcases go in the overhead bins. Bigger suitcases use whatever cabin and rear space the particular layout gives you, and that varies. With eight travelers each bringing a large checked bag, space runs out before seats do. Send us the traveler and bag count and we'll confirm the fit.
It runs on cellular data, so the answer follows coverage. Around central Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and the main freeways it's generally solid for email and calls. On the I-17 up toward Sedona or on the Beeline there are dead stretches. If a call really matters, schedule it for the urban part of the ride.
At the terminal's designated commercial or pre-arranged pickup area. The exact procedure varies by terminal and gets confirmed with your reservation. Send flight numbers so the pickup is timed to the real arrival rather than the schedule. If people land at different terminals, say so, since 3 and 4 are a short hop apart.
Yes, and it's a typical booking. Back-to-back meetings across Phoenix, Tempe and Scottsdale, the vehicle staying with you, bags left on board, power at every seat so the team preps between stops. Share the schedule ahead of time so the chauffeur can route around rush hour on the I-10 and Loop 101.
No bar is listed on this one. The cabin has a refreshment center meant for water, coffee and soft drinks. If your group wants to celebrate a closed deal on the way back, ask what's permitted when you request the quote. For an evening that's mainly social, the limo Sprinter and its wet bar is the better call.
Yes. Forward-facing seats with armrests are much easier on older passengers than a bench, the step in is modest, and you can stand up to reach your seat. Families use it for airport pickups, graduations and dinners. If anyone uses a wheelchair or a walker, tell us up front so we can advise on access.
