- How many hours do I have to book?
- 4 hours on Friday and Saturday nights, 3 hours on many Sunday–Thursday or daytime trips, and 6 hours on every Saturday in March, April, and May.
- What is included?
- The vehicle, a licensed and insured driver, fuel, taxes, gratuity, and unlimited stops within your hours. One number, no add-ons on the night.
- How do I lock in a date?
- Sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due 7 to 14 days before the event; events inside 7 days are paid in full.
- Can we drink on the bus?
- Yes, guests 21+ may bring their own sealed drinks. Bring plastic cups, a cooler, and ice. No glass, no food, no smoking, no glitter.

Pricing and what is included
Every Phoenix Party Bus quote is one all-inclusive number. These answers explain exactly what that number covers and the few things that can change it.
Everything you need for the trip: the vehicle, a licensed and insured professional driver, fuel, taxes, and driver gratuity. Unlimited stops are included within your booked hours. The only additional charges are extra hours you add, a mileage adjustment for trips beyond roughly 30 miles or out of state, and the cleaning or damage fees listed in our terms if they apply.
Yes. A generous gratuity is already built into every quote, so nobody has to pass a hat at the end of the night. Extra tipping is optional if your driver goes above and beyond.
Our quotes are already set to be competitive and include tax, fuel, and gratuity, so we do not discount below the quoted all-inclusive rate. If a quote is more than you planned to spend, we can look at a smaller party bus, a Sprinter, or a shuttle, or move to a Sunday–Thursday date where 3-hour minimums may apply.
Minimum hours, overtime, and timing
Four hours on Friday and Saturday nights, three on many off-peak dates, six on spring Saturdays. Here is how the clock works.
Friday and Saturday nights have a 4-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday — and some Friday or Saturday trips that end before 5 pm — can qualify for a 3-hour minimum when that option is listed for a specific vehicle. Every Saturday in March, April, and May has a 6-hour minimum for every event type because of prom season. You can always book more hours than the minimum.
Prom season concentrates demand: 61% of Phoenix prom requests fall in April and most land on Saturdays. To keep vehicles staffed and maintained through that stretch, every Saturday in March, April, and May is booked in 6-hour blocks whether the event is a prom, wedding, birthday, or bachelor party. We can shift the start and end time to fit your plans.
Overtime begins 15 minutes after your reserved end time and is billed by the hour at your vehicle's hourly rate — for an all-inclusive quote that is the total divided by the hours you booked. Extensions must be arranged with the driver and are only possible if the vehicle is not booked afterward, which is why 25% of Saturday groups reserve a fifth or sixth hour up front.
Sometimes, but not always. Weekend vehicles are often booked back-to-back, so a mid-trip extension may be impossible. It is safer to book the number of hours you actually expect to use and ask us to build a buffer into the route.
Booking, deposits, and changes
A quote is not a reservation. The signed contract and 50% deposit are what hold your vehicle.
A 50% deposit with a signed contract reserves your vehicle. The balance is due 7 to 14 days before the event. If your event is within 7 days, payment in full is required at booking. Credit cards are standard; other payment options may be available depending on the vehicle and date, and same-day reservations may require different payment handling.
No. A quote holds nothing. Your date and vehicle are locked only when we have the signed contract and the deposit. Weekend vehicles book quickly — 49% of all Phoenix requests are for Saturdays — so we recommend sending the deposit as soon as your headcount is firm.
Upgrades and downgrades are difficult once a reservation is placed because vehicles book up around it. Confirm your headcount before you send the deposit; if your list might grow, reserve the next size up.
Yes. We need the payer's name and email (phone is helpful), and the cardholder completes ID and card verification during the contract. We also collect a main rider contact for the day of the event.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are charged in full, and special event dates are non-refundable at any point. Cancellations more than 7 days out may, at management's discretion, convert the deposit to a credit toward a future date. All cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Yes. We can send the terms before you sign and current photos of the vehicle you are considering on request.
Your pickup ZIP or address, the event date, group size, event type, preferred vehicle, and how many hours you want. With those six details we can match a vehicle and send an all-inclusive number the same day.
Drinks, food, decorations, and rules on board
You may bring your own drinks, decorate with balloons, and stop as often as you like. Glass, glitter, smoking, and food are the things to leave behind.
In Arizona the person who signs the contract and completes card verification must be 25 or older. There is no age restriction on who may ride — kids' parties, quinceañeras, proms, and sweet sixteens are all welcome. If minors are on board and alcohol is present, a parent or legal guardian must ride along.
Yes. We do not sell alcohol and do not hold a liquor license, but guests 21 and over may bring their own sealed beverages. Bring plastic cups, a cooler, and fresh ice — glass is discouraged for safety. Underage drinking is never allowed; if it happens the trip is stopped and parents are contacted.
Food is not allowed on the vehicle, but your driver will stop anywhere you like for a meal — a sit-down dinner is built into about 1 in 40 Phoenix itineraries and adds roughly 90 minutes to the night. Snacks in sealed packaging are fine; open plates and catering are not.
Yes. Balloons, streamers, posters, and signs are welcome. Glitter is not allowed anywhere on the vehicle and carries a $350 cleanup fee. Tape or adhesives that leave marks on paint or upholstery are also prohibited. If your vehicle has a dance pole, it can usually be removed or wrapped in balloons on request.
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on any vehicle, and each smoking occurrence carries a $250 sanitation fee. Unlimited stops are included, so your driver can pull over for smoke breaks and restrooms as often as the group wants.
Generally yes, with advance approval. Tell us the type and breed when you request the quote so we can confirm before the contract is signed.
Basic cleanup, yes. Toss bottles, cups, and trash in the onboard cans — extra bags are usually available. Excessive messes, spills, or vomit carry a $250 sanitation fee per occurrence.
Plastic cups, a cooler, fresh ice, and a couple of trash bags. Leave glass and food at home. If you are decorating, bring balloons or streamers and skip the glitter and tape. Chargers and a phone with your playlist are the other essentials.
If we cannot fulfill the trip for any reason, you receive a full refund. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, unsafe roads, accidents, or other events outside our control, but we will always try to reroute or reschedule first.
Airport arrivals have 30 minutes after landing to collect luggage and meet the driver. If you need more time, book it in advance. If we have no contact after 30 minutes the reservation is treated as a no-show, so call as soon as you know a flight is delayed.
Yes. Photographers, videographers, and signage are welcome as long as nothing damages the vehicle and no adhesives or glitter are used.
Choosing a vehicle
Party bus, Sprinter, limousine, or coach: the right answer depends on headcount, whether the group wants to stand and dance, and how much curb access the venues have.
Some do. Karaoke, gaming consoles, HDMI inputs, and DJ power vary by vehicle. Tell us what you need when you request a quote and we will confirm availability on the specific vehicle before you book.
Shuttle and coach buses are the best fit for walkers, wheelchairs, lifts, and low-entry needs. Party buses and stretch limousines have steps and low doorways. Mention any mobility needs when you request a quote and we will match an accessible vehicle.
Space and experience. A limousine is seated and formal — elegant, but tight for larger groups because nobody can stand. A party bus has wraparound seating around an open floor, a bar area, and room to stand, dance, and move between the front and back. Groups that want to mingle choose the bus; groups that want a quiet, polished arrival choose the limo.
Twelve is the crossover point. A limo-style Sprinter gives you a Mercedes interior, mood lighting, and easy curb access in Old Town for the same headcount. A small party bus gives you more standing room and a bigger bar. Twenty-nine percent of Phoenix requests are for 12–14 seats, so both sell out early on Saturdays.
Safety, ages, weather, and long trips
Who can book, who can ride, what happens in bad weather, and how overnight or out-of-state trips are handled.
Yes. Every driver is professionally trained, licensed, drug-tested, background-checked, and commercially insured. Vehicles are maintained on a regular schedule and carry safety and emergency equipment.
Yes, with a custom quote. Trips over about 12 hours need driver lodging or a second driver, and overnight use is only possible when the vehicle stays with the group. Send the full itinerary for concerts, festivals, Vegas runs, or destination weddings and we will price it accordingly.
It can. Longer and out-of-state trips price on mileage and travel time rather than the standard local hourly blocks. We quote the listed local rate first, then confirm any distance adjustment before you book.
