What are the rules on a Phoenix Party Bus?
Guests 21 and over may bring their own sealed drinks; we do not sell alcohol. Use plastic cups, bring a cooler and ice, and leave glass at home. Food stays off the vehicle — your driver will stop for meals. Smoking, glitter, and adhesives are not allowed. Balloons, streamers, and signs are welcome. If minors are riding with alcohol on board, a parent or legal guardian must be present. Unlimited stops, multiple pickups, and split drop-offs are included within your booked hours, and basic trash cleanup is on the group at the end of the night.

- Glass bottles or glassware (discouraged for safety)
- Food on the vehicle — your driver stops for meals
- Smoking or vaping of any kind ($250 per occurrence)
- Glitter of any kind ($350 cleanup fee)
- Tape or adhesives that leave marks on paint or upholstery
- Alcohol with minors on board unless a parent or legal guardian rides along
- Marijuana and all illegal drugs
- Standing through the emergency roof exit
- Loading beyond the vehicle's seating capacity
Fee amounts come from the rental agreement fee schedule: $100 per burn, $250 sanitation, $250 roof exit, $250 smoking, $350 glitter.
What to bring
Plastic cups
Glass breaks on the first speed bump. Solo-style cups or stemless plastic are the standard.
A cooler with fresh ice
The onboard bar has ice and bottled water to start the night; a cooler keeps the rest of your drinks cold through hour four.
Two trash bags
Vehicles carry trash cans and usually spare bags, but a bag per row makes cleanup at the end painless.
A charged phone with the playlist
Bluetooth and AUX are standard. Build the playlist before pickup so nobody argues over the aux at stop one.
A printed or shared itinerary
Give the driver every stop up front. Multiple pickups and split drop-offs are free as long as they fit the booked hours.
Balloons or streamers, not glitter
Decorations are welcome. Glitter never fully comes out of upholstery, which is why it carries the biggest fee on the list.

The details behind each rule
Drinks and the onboard bar
Phoenix Party Bus does not hold a liquor license and does not provide alcohol. Party buses and limousines have a bar or mini-bar stocked with ice and bottled water; you bring the rest. Sealed beverages in cans or plastic travel best. If your itinerary includes a stop at a store for ice or mixers, tell the driver — it counts as one of your unlimited stops. Coolers and extra ice are encouraged, especially May through September when the cabin AC is fighting 105°F outside.
Minors, proms, and family events
Anyone can ride. Kids' parties, sweet sixteens, quinceañeras, and proms are some of the most common bookings in the Valley. The person who signs the contract must be 25 or older in Arizona. If alcohol will be on board and any rider is under 21, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire trip. Underage drinking ends the ride immediately with no refund, and parents are contacted. For prom, homecoming, and other underage events, large backpacks are not allowed unless a parent or legal guardian is riding along.
Decorations and photography
Balloons, streamers, posters, and printed signs are welcome and can be set up at pickup. Nothing may be attached with tape or adhesive that leaves a mark, and glitter (including glitter confetti and glitter balloons) is never allowed. Photographers, videographers, and content creators are fine as long as there is no damage. Vehicles with a dance pole can usually have it removed or wrapped in balloons on request — ask when you book.
Safety, drivers, and accessibility
Every driver is professionally trained, licensed, drug-tested, background-checked, and commercially insured. Vehicles are maintained on a regular schedule and carry safety and emergency equipment. For wheelchairs, walkers, or low-entry needs, ask for a shuttle or coach bus — they offer lifts and forward-facing seating that party buses and stretch limos cannot. Cleanup at the end of the night
Toss bottles, cups, and trash before you step off. Excessive messes, spills, food debris, or vomit carry a $250 sanitation fee per occurrence, and each carpet or seat burn is $100. Groups that bring two trash bags and a designated "last one off" almost never see a fee.

One number covers the whole night. The price we quote is the price you pay unless you add hours, travel more than about 30 miles out of the Valley, or trigger one of the cleaning fees in our terms.
