Research & Data Methodology

How we separate company policy, aggregate booking data, fleet facts, planning guidance, and live official sources — so you know what kind of statement you are reading.

Methodology reviewed August 1, 2026. Every page on this site mixes a few kinds of statements. Here is how each is sourced.

Company policy

Minimum hours, deposits, what is included, BYOB, decorations, overtime, cancellation, and fee amounts are stated exactly as they appear in our rental agreement. If a page and the terms ever differ, the terms control.

Aggregate booking data

Percentages such as '49% of requests are Saturdays' are computed from de-identified Phoenix-area quote requests (2023–2026). They are shares and medians only — no names, contact details, prices, or individual trips are stored on the site.

Fleet catalog

Vehicle counts, capacity ranges, and standard features come from the same structured records that build the fleet pages and sitemap.

Planning guidance

Drive times, staging advice, venue notes, and itineraries reflect how Valley groups actually book and are written to help you plan; they are not promises about traffic or venue rules on a given night.

Official live sources

Street closures, road incidents, airport procedures, transit service, and weather risk are linked to the responsible public agency, which is the authority for current conditions.

What we will not publish

Invented reviews, fabricated headcounts or company-size claims, other companies' names, or any individual customer's information.

Correction policy

If a vehicle listing, planning fact, statistic, or official link is outdated, contact us with the page URL and the specific correction. Material corrections should be reflected in the page content and its review date.
