Who we are
We move groups around the Valley
Phoenix Party Bus does one thing. We put your group in a single chauffeured vehicle and keep it together from the first driveway to the last drop-off.
Some nights that is a party bus for a 30th in Old Town. Other nights it is a stretch limousine for an anniversary dinner in Arcadia, an executive Sprinter running from Sky Harbor to a Chandler office, or a coach carrying wedding guests from a Tempe hotel out to a venue in the desert.
We are not a downtown company that drives to the suburbs when it has to. Our trips start in Mesa driveways, Glendale tailgate lots, Peoria high-school parking lots and Scottsdale resort porte-cocheres just as often as they start on Washington Street.
Wherever you are in the Valley, you are talking to somebody who already knows what the Loop 101 does on a Friday at five.
How we work
One trip, one quote
There is no rate card here, on purpose. A four-hour Saturday in April and a four-hour Tuesday in July are different trips even in the same bus.
You can start with almost nothing. A date, a rough headcount and a pickup city are enough for us to tell you what is open. From there we help you pick a size, point out where the plan is tight, and send you a number you can drop straight in the group chat. The quote request page walks through what to have ready.
Sending the form does not hold anything. The vehicle is yours once you have looked over the details and finished the booking steps that come with your quote.
What we rent
What we rent, 8 to 56 riders
The fleet is sorted by how a group wants to ride, then by size.
- Party buses, 16 to 45. Room to stand, move around and play your own music.
- Stretch and SUV limousines, 8 to 22. The formal-night option.
- Limo Sprinters, 8 to 14. Lounge seating and stand-up headroom, easy to load in a driveway.
- Executive Sprinters, 8 to 14. Forward-facing seats for airport runs and corporate work.
- Shuttles and coach buses, 16 to 56. A real seat for everyone and luggage underneath.
About seven in ten vehicles we quote around the Valley are party buses. That is why we carry so many sizes of them, from the 16-passenger party bus all the way up to the 45.

Why we publish data
Advice you can check for yourself
Most transportation sites tell you to book early and stop there. We would rather show you what we see.
We read our own trip requests in bulk: which days people want, how big the groups are, how far ahead they ask, how long they ride. Then we write the advice from that. Half of what Valley groups celebrate is a person, whether that is a bachelor party, a bachelorette weekend or a birthday.
The part that surprises people is how late a lot of it happens. Roughly one request in four lands inside two weeks of the date. That is why we tell you to pick up the phone instead of waiting on an email reply.
All of it sits on the Phoenix transportation data page with sample sizes, and the methodology says what those numbers can and cannot tell you. A request is not a booking. A past quote is not a price. We label both, every time.
What you can expect
Straight answers, even the annoying ones
If your Saturday in April is going to be hard to fill, we will say so and point you at the Friday. If your group of 22 has its eye on a 20-passenger bus, we will tell you it does not fit rather than let you find out at the curb.
When a question depends on the vehicle or on the ages of your riders, the real answer is that it gets confirmed with your quote. Ask us when you call and you will get it straight.
