Phoenix Party Bus is a local Phoenix, Arizona group-transportation company. We rent party buses (16–45 passengers), stretch limousines (8–22), Mercedes Sprinter vans (10–14), and coach or shuttle buses (16–56), each with a licensed, insured professional driver, to groups across the Valley — Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, and every city within about 90 minutes of downtown. Every quote is all-inclusive: vehicle, driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity in one number, with unlimited stops inside your booked hours.

The events we move most are bachelor parties and birthdays (together 59% of Phoenix requests), followed by proms, weddings, concerts, bar crawls, game days, bachelorette parties, quinceañeras, and corporate outings. Scottsdale is named in 15% of everything we quote — five times more often than Tempe — which is why we know which Old Town blocks a 40-passenger bus can stage on and which ones it cannot.

We publish our rules instead of burying them: a 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights, 3 hours on many off-peak dates, 6 hours on every Saturday in March, April, and May, a 50% deposit to reserve, BYOB for guests 21 and over, no glass, no food on board, no smoking, no glitter. We recommend the smallest vehicle that fits everyone comfortably, and say so when a Sprinter or shuttle beats a party bus for your group.

Contract and deposit
A 50% deposit with a signed contract and cardholder verification reserves the date. Balance due 7 to 14 days before the event.

One number covers the whole night. The price we quote is the price you pay unless you add hours, travel more than about 30 miles out of the Valley, or trigger one of the cleaning fees in our terms.

What we have learned from Phoenix groups

We keep aggregate records of what Valley groups ask for so our advice is grounded in real demand — never in individual customers.

of Phoenix groups ask for a party bus first: 73%; Sprinters take 20%, stretch limousines 5%, and coach or shuttle buses 2%. The open floor plan wins for celebrations.
of Phoenix requests are for Saturdays: 49%; Add Friday and 79% of all group rides happen on two nights a week, which is why those nights carry the 4-hour minimum.
of groups are 20 riders or fewer: 80%; Most Phoenix groups fit a 14–22 passenger vehicle. Only 7% of requests exceed 30 riders, which is where coach buses take over.

What we will always tell you

If a smaller, less expensive vehicle fits your group, we will say so.
If your date is a spring Saturday, the minimum is 6 hours — before you fall in love with a 4-hour plan.
If the route you sent will not fit the hours you booked, we will tell you before the contract, not on the night.
If you need a wheelchair lift, we will match a shuttle or coach before discussing anything else.
If we cannot fulfill the trip, you get a full refund.

About Us FAQs

Drivers, pricing, booking, and who can ride.

Our quotes are already set to be competitive and include tax, fuel, and gratuity, so we do not discount below the quoted all-inclusive rate. If a quote is more than you planned to spend, we can look at a smaller party bus, a Sprinter, or a shuttle, or move to a Sunday–Thursday date where 3-hour minimums may apply.

Everything you need for the trip: the vehicle, a licensed and insured professional driver, fuel, taxes, and driver gratuity. Unlimited stops are included within your booked hours. The only additional charges are extra hours you add, a mileage adjustment for trips beyond roughly 30 miles or out of state, and the cleaning or damage fees listed in our terms if they apply.

Yes. A generous gratuity is already built into every quote, so nobody has to pass a hat at the end of the night. Extra tipping is optional if your driver goes above and beyond.

A 50% deposit with a signed contract reserves your vehicle. The balance is due 7 to 14 days before the event. If your event is within 7 days, payment in full is required at booking. Credit cards are standard; other payment options may be available depending on the vehicle and date, and same-day reservations may require different payment handling.

No. A quote holds nothing. Your date and vehicle are locked only when we have the signed contract and the deposit. Weekend vehicles book quickly — 49% of all Phoenix requests are for Saturdays — so we recommend sending the deposit as soon as your headcount is firm.

In Arizona the person who signs the contract and completes card verification must be 25 or older. There is no age restriction on who may ride — kids' parties, quinceañeras, proms, and sweet sixteens are all welcome. If minors are on board and alcohol is present, a parent or legal guardian must ride along.

Sometimes, but not always. Weekend vehicles are often booked back-to-back, so a mid-trip extension may be impossible. It is safer to book the number of hours you actually expect to use and ask us to build a buffer into the route.

Upgrades and downgrades are difficult once a reservation is placed because vehicles book up around it. Confirm your headcount before you send the deposit; if your list might grow, reserve the next size up.
