The quote is a written offer, not a reservation. It is the same whether you started online, by phone, or by text — one number, no tip or fuel add-on later.

  • The recommended vehicle and why it fits your headcount
  • One all-inclusive total for each package we can offer (usually 4, 5, and 6 hours)
  • What that number already covers: vehicle, licensed driver, fuel, taxes, and gratuity
  • The minimum that applies to your date (3, 4, or 6 hours)
  • How to reserve: 50% deposit + signed contract, or payment in full if the event is within 7 days
  • When the balance is due (7–14 days before pickup)

If a competing quote looks lower, check whether it includes gratuity (often 15–20% extra elsewhere), fuel, and tax. Ours already does. A quote holds nothing until the signed contract and deposit are in.

One number covers the whole night. The price we quote is the price you pay unless you add hours, travel more than about 30 miles out of the Valley, or trigger one of the cleaning fees in our terms.

Before you pick a date and vehicle

Weekends fill first.Forty-nine percent of Phoenix requests are for Saturdays and 31% for Fridays. Half of all groups book inside 30 days, but 43% of the year's rides land between February and May, and April Saturdays are gone weeks earlier. If your date is a spring Saturday, do not wait.

Book from your list plus two. Eighty percent of Phoenix groups are 20 riders or fewer; the average is 17. Changing vehicles after the contract is signed is difficult because neighboring vehicles book on the same night — so when you are between two sizes, take the larger. Compare party buses, Sprinters, limousines, and coaches.

Book the hours you will use.Seventy-eight percent of groups book exactly 4 hours; a dinner stop usually means the fifth. Overtime starts 15 minutes after your end time and mid-trip extensions depend on the vehicle's next booking. Read how to choose your hours.

Deposits, payment, minimums, and what is included.

A 50% deposit with a signed contract reserves your vehicle. The balance is due 7 to 14 days before the event. If your event is within 7 days, payment in full is required at booking. Credit cards are standard; other payment options may be available depending on the vehicle and date, and same-day reservations may require different payment handling.
No. A quote holds nothing. Your date and vehicle are locked only when we have the signed contract and the deposit. Weekend vehicles book quickly — 49% of all Phoenix requests are for Saturdays — so we recommend sending the deposit as soon as your headcount is firm.
Yes. We need the payer's name and email (phone is helpful), and the cardholder completes ID and card verification during the contract. We also collect a main rider contact for the day of the event.
Friday and Saturday nights have a 4-hour minimum. Sunday through Thursday — and some Friday or Saturday trips that end before 5 pm — can qualify for a 3-hour minimum when that option is listed for a specific vehicle. Every Saturday in March, April, and May has a 6-hour minimum for every event type because of prom season. You can always book more hours than the minimum.
Prom season concentrates demand: 61% of Phoenix prom requests fall in April and most land on Saturdays. To keep vehicles staffed and maintained through that stretch, every Saturday in March, April, and May is booked in 6-hour blocks whether the event is a prom, wedding, birthday, or bachelor party. We can shift the start and end time to fit your plans.
Everything you need for the trip: the vehicle, a licensed and insured professional driver, fuel, taxes, and driver gratuity. Unlimited stops are included within your booked hours. The only additional charges are extra hours you add, a mileage adjustment for trips beyond roughly 30 miles or out of state, and the cleaning or damage fees listed in our terms if they apply.
Yes. A generous gratuity is already built into every quote, so nobody has to pass a hat at the end of the night. Extra tipping is optional if your driver goes above and beyond.
Our quotes are already set to be competitive and include tax, fuel, and gratuity, so we do not discount below the quoted all-inclusive rate. If a quote is more than you planned to spend, we can look at a smaller party bus, a Sprinter, or a shuttle, or move to a Sunday–Thursday date where 3-hour minimums may apply.
Sometimes, but not always. Weekend vehicles are often booked back-to-back, so a mid-trip extension may be impossible. It is safer to book the number of hours you actually expect to use and ask us to build a buffer into the route.
Upgrades and downgrades are difficult once a reservation is placed because vehicles book up around it. Confirm your headcount before you send the deposit; if your list might grow, reserve the next size up.
