Hardly anyone asks for a stretch, though. Limousines are about four in every hundred vehicles we quote, so choosing one is a decision rather than a default. You're buying the look and the enclosed, seated cabin: a show night at Gammage or the Orpheum, a birthday dinner, a girls' night where everyone dressed up for it.

It's also a car people grab late. Weeknights are the easy ones. Gammage shows often run Tuesday through Thursday, when almost nobody is competing for a vehicle.

Size up or size down?

The 8-passenger stretch limo is shorter, which helps at cramped valet stands and suits six. The 12-passenger stretch limo is longer and gives ten riders real breathing room. This one sits in the middle and is happiest with eight or nine.

We run two styled versions at the same capacity: the white 10-passenger limo for weddings and quinceañeras, the Lincoln 10-passenger limo for client dinners and anniversaries.

If your ten would rather stand, mingle and swap seats all night, the 10-passenger limo Sprinter holds the same group under a roof you can stand under. A standard stretch fits most hotel drives and theater drop lanes around Phoenix and Tempe, but it can't tuck into a parking space while it waits for you.

Straight answers on minimum hours, deposits, what is included, and what to bring.

It seats ten and ten will ride, but eight is the comfortable load once you're past half an hour. The bench is continuous, so how much room you get depends on who you're sitting beside. Ten adults in suits and cocktail dresses running from the East Valley to north Scottsdale? Step up to the 12.
The arrival, mostly. Pulling into the drop lane at Gammage or the Orpheum in a long car is part of the night, and the enclosed cabin suits conversation over a drink. A Sprinter is far easier to get in and out of. If anyone in your party struggles to duck into a low car, take the Sprinter.
Sit down first, then swing your legs in and slide along the bench. The chauffeur holds the door and offers a hand. Whoever boards first should go to the far end so nobody climbs over anybody. Ten people take about two minutes each way, which is worth knowing when you're timing a curtain.
With five or six travelers, usually. With ten people and ten suitcases, no, because the trunk is sedan-sized and that's that. For a full group with checked bags, an executive Sprinter or a small coach is the right tool. Send us riders, bags and any golf clubs and we'll point you at the one that fits.
Premium sound plus USB charging, tuned for a closed cabin, so it sounds full without being loud. What it isn't is the subwoofer setup you get on a party bus. Connection options differ from car to car, so tell us whether you're planning on Bluetooth or a cable and we'll confirm before the night.
For two or three stops, yes. Every stop means ten people sliding out and back in, which is slower than stepping off a bus, and the chauffeur needs a legal spot long enough for a stretch. Planning five or six quick stops? A limo Sprinter suits that better. Dinner and a lounge or two, the limo is perfect.
Sometimes, but call rather than email and wait. Availability for one specific car on one specific night moves by the hour, and roughly a quarter of what comes in lands inside two weeks anyway, so you're not unusual. Fridays and weeknights beat Saturdays. Have the address, hours and headcount ready.
