14-Passenger Stretch Limousine

The first stretch with J-seating and a flat-screen, so eleven to fourteen guests face each other instead of a row of knees.

The short answer

Is 14 seats the right size?

Eleven to fourteen riders, and twelve is the comfortable number. This is the first stretch in our fleet with wrap-around J-seating, so you sit in a curve and can actually see everyone.

It adds a flat-screen too, on top of the leather, wet bar, fiber-optic ceiling and partition the smaller limos carry. Milestone birthdays and dressed-up nights out are its bread and butter.

Ten or fewer, the 12-passenger stretch limo is plenty. Want to stand up and dance? This is the headcount where most Phoenix groups take a 14-passenger limo Sprinter or a 16-passenger party bus instead.

Amenities vary slightly by vehicle, so tell us your must-haves when you request a quote.

A look at the 14-Passenger Stretch Limousine

The 14 adds wrap-around J-seating and a flat-screen, so the cabin opens up and everyone can see everyone else.

It suits an upscale birthday circuit, a bridal party working through photo stops along Camelback, and airport-to-resort arrivals for a small group that still wants the limo look.

There is no luggage hold under a stretch, so fourteen riders plus airport bags does not work. Give us the bag count with the headcount and we will tell you honestly what fits.

The experience

What fourteen seats really gets you

The 14-Passenger Stretch Limousine arrives before your pickup time with the air on and the lighting low and the bar ready. Pick one person to talk to the chauffeur and the night runs on one set of instructions instead of 14.

The J-seating changes the room. Twelve to fourteen people can face each other, talk across the cabin and see the flat-screen, which a straight bench never quite manages.

It suits a bridal party, a milestone dinner or a small corporate host group. It does not suit fourteen travelers with airport luggage, because nothing rides underneath a stretch. Send us the bag count and we will tell you what actually works.

For a photo route, cluster your Camelback and Scottsdale stops and name the loading point at each venue. A long car cannot use every valet lane, and a planned corner pickup often beats circling a busy entrance. Build the buffer before the fixed time, and keep the return flexible.

Local numbers

The birthday that lands on fourteen seats

Birthday groups in the Valley run around fifteen people, which puts this car right in the middle of the most common celebration we're asked about all year.

It fits a milestone birthday built around a great dinner and a lounge or two, where the guest of honor should feel like the point of the evening. Seven in ten birthday groups still get quoted a bus, so the stretch is the deliberate third answer.

One warning before you book it. Birthday lists grow after the invitations go out. Thirteen confirmed with a few people still quiet isn't a fourteen-seat booking, it's a sixteen-seat booking that hasn't admitted it yet.

It's also a favorite for a girls' night out and a casino evening at Talking Stick, where the valet staff know exactly where a stretch goes.

Best uses

What Phoenix groups book the 14-passenger stretch limousine for

  • Weddings

Getting the wedding party between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception without anyone driving or parking.

  • Anniversaries

A quiet cabin, a drink poured before you pull away, and a dinner reservation you arrive at on time.

  • Client and executive travel

A vehicle that looks the part at the curb and stays quiet enough to keep talking in.

  • Prom and formals

Parents like it because nobody drives. Students like it because of the photos. Both work.

  • A night out in Scottsdale

Dinner in Old Town and a stop or two after, with no parking and no designated driver.

  • Airport transfers

Sky Harbor pickups for up to 14, though bags need counting first — send us the number.

Sizing

Size up or size down?

Step down to the 12-passenger stretch limo and you lose the TV and the J-seating and shorten the car, which is a fair trade for a group of ten. Step up to the 16-passenger stretch limo and you get two more seats with everything else the same, useful when the list is still moving.

The real question here is cross-category. A 14-passenger limo Sprinter holds the same fourteen with stand-up headroom, a rear lounge and surround sound, and it loads at every stop in a fraction of the time.

This is a long car. It's fine on resort and casino drives and hopeless in a tight cul-de-sac or on Old Town's inner blocks. More than three stops in your night, take the Sprinter. One grand entrance, take the limo.

Local know-how

Phoenix tips for this vehicle

  • Send your photographer the pickup address and time so the 14-Passenger Stretch Limousine makes the shot list instead of showing up in the background.
  • For a weekend date, give us three to four weeks. Wedding season and prom season both fill the calendar fast.
  • For a Sky Harbor pickup, send the flight number and we will track it. If the flight slides, we slide with it.
  • The best light for photos on the move is along Camelback Road or through Papago Park, roughly 5:30 to 7 in winter and 6:30 to 8 in summer.
  • Summer evenings beat summer afternoons for boarding. The cabin cools fast, but standing on asphalt at 112 degrees is nobody's favorite part of the night.
  • Ask about red carpet service for a wedding or prom — we can roll out an actual one at the pickup.

Behind the wheel

Safety and your chauffeur

  • Every stretch limousine we run, this one included, gets checked before it leaves the yard — mechanical systems, cabin, and every amenity you were told about.
  • The 14-passenger limit is a legal seating limit, not a suggestion. Count every rider including yourself, and we will point you one size up if it is tight.
  • Tell us about mobility needs, luggage, child seats or a venue with awkward access when you book, so the 14-Passenger Stretch Limousine turns up ready for your group rather than for an average one.

14-Passenger Stretch Limousine FAQ

Straight answers on minimum hours, deposits, what is included, and what to bring.

It's a bench that runs down one side, curves around the back and comes a short way up the other side, making a J. Everyone faces inward toward each other and the bar, which is why a group of twelve can hold one conversation instead of four. Our stretches have it from fourteen passengers up.
Probably, but check the connection first. The 14 has a flat-screen and the available inputs vary car to car. Tell us what device you'll plug in when you request the quote, and bring your own cable or adapter as a backup. Keep the slideshow to ten minutes, since most rides between stops are short.
Depends on the night. The limo gives you the glamorous arrival and a seated lounge, which suits dinner and one club. The Sprinter gives you headroom and quick boarding, which suits four stops. If anyone hates low seats, take the Sprinter. Ask for both quotes, because the gap is often smaller than people expect.
Hotel drives, theater drop lanes and the marked loading zones on Jefferson, Washington and Adams near the arenas. It can't double-park, and your chauffeur knows which blocks work at which hours. After a Suns game or a concert, walking one block away from the arena before pickup saves you ten minutes of gridlock.
Twelve will be fine, fourteen will manage. A full limo is cozy by design, and forty-five minutes in from Surprise or Queen Creek is right at the edge of that with every seat taken. If your riders are mostly tall, or the route is long, the 16 gives you the same cabin style with more bench.
Take the quote, add whatever gratuity your group agrees on, divide by the people who actually committed. Per head it usually lands somewhere reasonable at this size. The catch is there's no spare capacity, so you can't add a latecomer to bring it down. Collect before you reserve and check the payment dates.
Yes. Talking Stick, Wild Horse Pass and Desert Diamond West Valley all have room for limousines, and your hourly booking keeps running while you play. Staying four hours or more? Ask whether a drop-off and scheduled return quotes differently. Either way, set a firm departure time so nobody gets left at a table.
