14-Passenger Limo Sprinter

The largest limo Sprinter we run: fourteen seats, surround sound and a rear lounge for the group deciding between a Sprinter and a bus.

The short answer

Is 14 seats the right size?

Eleven to fourteen people, best at twelve. This is the top of our Sprinter limo range and the last stop before a bus.

It adds a surround sound system and a rear lounge area to the flat-screen, wood-and-leather finishes, wet bar and stand-up headroom. Most bachelorette parties, bar hops and birthdays never need to move past it.

Ten or fewer, the 12-passenger limo Sprinter is enough. At a full fourteen wanting dancing room, or with a fifteenth person floating around, the 16-passenger party bus is the next step.

A look at the 14-Passenger Limo Sprinter

The biggest Limo Sprinter we run: surround sound, a rear lounge, and full stand-up headroom for fourteen.

It handles a whole bachelorette circuit, a milestone birthday across Old Town and Westgate, or a wine-country day where people are on their feet most of the ride.

For a Verde Valley day, price the full driving window and a meal stop rather than treating it like a Phoenix crawl. For Old Town, pick the corner you will be collected from before you go in.

The experience

The largest Sprinter we run

The 14-Passenger Limo Sprinter arrives before your pickup time with the air on and the LEDs lit and the cooler ready. Pick one person to talk to the chauffeur and the night runs on one set of instructions instead of 14.

Fourteen riders with stand-up headroom and a rear lounge. It is the top of the party-Sprinter range, and it stops short of a bus: if you want a real dance floor, the honest comparison is the 20-passenger party bus.

For ten or eleven people the 12-seat Sprinter feels fuller and livelier. This one earns its size with a settled list of thirteen or fourteen, longer bachelorette circuits, milestone birthdays and tasting days.

For a Verde Valley day, price the whole driving window and the meal stop rather than treating it like a Phoenix crawl. For a Scottsdale night, cluster the stops and pick your pickup corner in advance. Ask about minimum hours, overtime and drink rules when you call.

Local numbers

The size where the choice is genuinely open

Eleven to fifteen riders is the one band where Sprinter versus bus is a real decision. Smaller than that, the Sprinter wins. Bigger, the bus does. Here it's close to even.

So ask yourself how you want the room to feel. A lounge with surround sound where one conversation carries, or a wider cabin with perimeter benches and a subwoofer behind you.

The nights that fill this vehicle lean lounge. Bar hops and nights out split almost evenly between Friday and Saturday here, and the median group is fourteen, which is this exactly. A spring Friday in Old Town is its busiest shift, and for a bachelorette night or a guys' night out it's small enough to stop at each door and big enough that nobody takes a separate car.

Best uses

What Phoenix groups book the 14-passenger limo Sprinter for

  • Weddings

Getting the wedding party between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception without anyone driving or parking.

  • Old Town bar crawls

Stand-up headroom makes the fourth stop as easy as the first, which is the whole trick on a crawl.

  • Client and executive travel

A vehicle that looks the part at the curb and stays quiet enough to keep talking in.

  • Prom and formals

Parents like it because nobody drives. Students like it because of the photos. Both work.

  • A night out in Scottsdale

Dinner in Old Town and a stop or two after, with no parking and no designated driver.

  • Airport transfers

Sky Harbor pickups for up to 14, though bags need counting first — send us the number.

Sizing

Size up or size down?

One down, the 12-passenger limo Sprinter has the screen and the finishes but not the surround sound or the rear lounge, and it suits ten or eleven.

There's no bigger limo Sprinter, so growth means a bus. The 16-passenger party bus gives you two more seats, a wider cabin and a subwoofer, in a longer body that stages a little farther from the door in Old Town. For a seated, formal alternative at the same headcount there's the 14-passenger stretch limo, and if your fourteen are colleagues, the 14-passenger executive Sprinter has forward-facing seats and Wi-Fi.

The Sprinter still fits standard loading zones and hotel valet lanes, which no bus does. With twelve to fourteen sharing, each share is modest and one cancellation barely registers.

Local know-how

Phoenix tips for this vehicle

  • Start an Old Town crawl by eight if you want the first stop to yourselves. After nine the curbs and the doors both get slower.
  • For a weekend date, give us three to four weeks. Wedding season and prom season both fill the calendar fast.
  • For a Sky Harbor pickup, send the flight number and we will track it. If the flight slides, we slide with it.
  • The best light for photos on the move is along Camelback Road or through Papago Park, roughly 5:30 to 7 in winter and 6:30 to 8 in summer.
  • Summer evenings beat summer afternoons for boarding. The cabin cools fast, but standing on asphalt at 112 degrees is nobody's favorite part of the night.
  • Ask about red carpet service for a wedding or prom — we can roll out an actual one at the pickup.

Behind the wheel

Safety and your chauffeur

  • Every Limo Sprinter we run, this one included, gets checked before it leaves the yard — mechanical systems, cabin, and every amenity you were told about.
  • The 14-passenger limit is a legal seating limit, not a suggestion. Count every rider including yourself, and we will point you one size up if it is tight.
  • Tell us about mobility needs, luggage, child seats or a venue with awkward access when you book, so the 14-Passenger Limo Sprinter turns up ready for your group rather than for an average one.

14-Passenger Limo Sprinter FAQ

Straight answers on minimum hours, deposits, what is included, and what to bring.

Take the Sprinter if your night has a lot of stops in tight areas and your group likes to talk. Take the bus if people want to stand, spread out and dance, or if a fifteenth rider is even slightly possible. Groups your size split close to evenly between the two, so ask us for both quotes.
A seating section at the back arranged so a few riders face each other, set slightly apart from the main wraparound seating. Groups usually hand it to the guest of honor or use it as the quieter corner when the music is up front. It gives a fourteen-seat van two distinct spaces on a longer ride.
The 14 has a surround sound system, which is clear and immersive in a compact cabin and great for singing along without shouting over it. A party bus adds a subwoofer and plays louder with more bass, because the room is bigger. For conversation the Sprinter wins. For a club feel on wheels, the bus does.
Yes, for the twenty-five to thirty-five minutes that run normally takes. At a full fourteen every seat is used and bags go on the floor, while twelve is the number where everyone can stretch. Coming from farther out, like San Tan Valley or Surprise, a 16 or 18-passenger bus rides noticeably roomier.
Yes, and it parks far more easily at Cactus League ballparks than a bus does. Salt River Fields, Scottsdale Stadium, Sloan Park and the West Valley parks all have drop-off areas a Sprinter can use. Afternoon games let out in the worst of the heat, so agree a pickup spot and the cabin will be cold.
Earlier than most events. These groups come to us around six weeks out, because flights and the house get booked first, and April and May are their peak. This Sprinter is the first choice for a lot of them. Request it when you book the house, especially if you're asking for a Friday.
Often, yes. The step is lower than a bus entry, the walk to a seat is short, and you can stand upright getting there. A wheelchair lift isn't one of its listed features. Describe the rider's needs when you request your quote and we'll tell you honestly whether this or another vehicle is right.
