Phoenix Transportation Data

What Valley groups actually book: aggregate, anonymized patterns from Phoenix Party Bus quote requests, 2023–2026. Percentages only — never individual customers.

Phoenix Party Bus keeps aggregate records of what groups across the Valley ask for — the day, month, headcount, hours, lead time, event, vehicle, and destination — so our sizing and timing advice is grounded in real local demand. This page publishes those shares. It contains no names, contact details, prices, or individual trips.

Add Friday and 79% of Phoenix group rides happen on two nights — the nights that carry the 4-hour minimum.

How this data is produced

Shares are computed from de-identified Phoenix-area quote requests received by Phoenix Party Bus from 2023 through 2026. Event types are classified from the stated occasion; group size uses the requested passenger count; hours use the quoted block; lead time is the gap between the request date and the event date; destination mentions are keyword matches in trip notes. Percentages describe demand patterns, not availability. Live closures, highway incidents, airport operations, and weather remain under the authority of the responsible public agency. Reviewed August 1, 2026.
