This is the same General Rental Agreement you sign when you reserve a party bus, limousine, Sprinter, or coach with Phoenix Party Bus. We publish it in full so there are no surprises on the day of your event.

The short version
- Deposits (50%) are non-refundable and reserve the date.
- The balance is paid before anyone boards.
- Overtime starts 15 minutes past your end time.
- Cancel within 7 days: 100% fee.
- No smoking, no glitter, no glass, no food on board.
- If we cannot service the trip, you get a full refund.

1. Deposits, Balance, and Capacity
All deposits are non-refundable. All balances must be paid before the client enters the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
A reservation is confirmed only when Phoenix Party Bus has received the signed agreement and the 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 to 14 days before the event; reservations made within 7 days of the event are paid in full at booking. The cardholder completes identity and card verification as part of the contract.
2. Mechanical Breakdowns and Replacement Vehicles
In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter, we will do everything we can to provide a replacement vehicle. We are proactive about covering trips. If we are not able to service the event, a full refund will be given. No refunds are given if the radio or lights do not perform in a vehicle.
We are committed to safe and secure transportation for every Phoenix trip.
3. Damage and Cleaning Fees
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by them or any member of their party. The following fees apply:

Trip charges and additional fees are estimated and subject to final audit after the reservation for overtime, damages, or cleaning fees if applicable. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
4. Alcohol, Minors, and Passenger Conduct
- Drug use is prohibited by law. The driver may terminate the run without refund for blatant indiscretion by the client or guests. Any fines are paid by the customer.
- Alcohol is not allowed on any vehicle with minors on board unless a parent or legal guardian is present. If alcohol is found with underage guests, or the driver suspects underage drinking, the driver will stop the run immediately with no refund.
- No large backpacks are allowed on prom, homecoming, or underage events unless a parent or legal guardian is present.
- It is illegal to stand through the emergency exit in the roof.
- Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
- No glitter of any kind is allowed.
Phoenix Party Bus does not sell alcohol and does not hold a liquor license. Guests 21 and over may bring their own sealed beverages. Plastic cups are recommended and glass is discouraged. Food is not allowed on the vehicle; the driver will stop for meals on request. See the full ride policies.
5. Overtime
Overtime applies after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time on the run sheet and is only allowed if prearranged with the driver. Extra time may not be available because of other reservations. Overtime is charged at the hourly rate on the run sheet. For all-inclusive rates, that rate is the total divided by the number of reserved hours.
6. Weather and Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or termination due to acts of God, including unsafe road conditions, weather, accidents, terrorist activities, or civil unrest. If Phoenix Party Bus is unable to fulfill the trip, a full refund is given.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- All cancellations must be made between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm and must be in writing.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are a 100% cancellation fee and non-refundable.
- Cancellations outside of 7 days may, at management discretion, allow the deposit to be used as a credit toward a future reservation.
- Special event dates are a 100% cancellation fee and non-refundable.
- Any reschedule or credit outside of 7 days must be approved in writing by management.
8. Airport Pickups
Airport arrivals have 30 minutes to pick up luggage and meet the driver. If more time is needed, it should be booked in advance. After 30 minutes with no contact, the reservation is a no-show. For missed or delayed flights, customers must call as soon as possible. Last-minute notice at pickup time may still be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
9. Who May Sign
The person signing confirms they have read and agree to these terms and are 21 years of age or older. For Arizona reservations the signer and cardholder must be 25 years of age or older. There is no age restriction on who may ride.
10. Website Use, Quotes, and Privacy
By using www.phoenixpartybus.net or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms. A quote is not a reservation. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Site content, photos, and copy are the property of Phoenix Party Bus and may not be reproduced without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona; disputes are resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. We may update these terms and will post the revised date at the top of this page.
