Sprinter rentals in Phoenix
Limo Sprinter or executive Sprinter — which one does your group need?
A Sprinter is a high-roof Mercedes van for smaller groups, and Phoenix has two versions. The limo-style Sprinter has perimeter leather seating, mood lighting, entertainment, and a bar area — a smaller party bus with more headroom, and the vehicle 46% of Phoenix bachelorette groups choose. The executive Sprinter has forward-facing seats, Wi-Fi, and a work-friendly setup for corporate outings, airport transfers, and business travel. Both seat 10 to 14, both fit Old Town curbs that larger buses cannot, and both are quoted all-inclusive with the driver's gratuity built in. Sprinters make up about 20% of all Phoenix requests, and 12–14 seats is the single most requested size band in the Valley.
- Twelve is the crossover point: at 12–14 riders a limo Sprinter and a small party bus both work; above 14 you need the bus.
- Limo Sprinters run 4–5 hours for bachelorette, birthday, and dinner nights; executive Sprinters average longer on corporate days.
- Airport runs: 30 minutes after landing to meet the driver — book extra wait time in advance if bags may be slow.
- Every Sprinter has AC and heat; karaoke and gaming are party-bus features, not Sprinter features.
For celebrations
Limo-style Sprinters
The photo-friendly choice for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and small bachelor groups in Scottsdale. Groups of 10–14 pick it over a party bus for the Mercedes interior and easy curb access, and over a stretch limo because everyone can stand up.
- Perimeter leather seating like a small party bus
- Mood lighting, entertainment screens, and premium sound
- High roof — most adults can stand to move between seats
- Bar area with ice and water; BYOB for guests 21+
- Fits Old Town Scottsdale curbs where big buses must stage a block away
For business & airport
Executive Sprinters
Corporate requests run 7 hours on average — the longest of any event type — and two-thirds land on weekdays. The executive Sprinter is built for that: forward-facing seats, Wi-Fi, and room for bags on a Sky Harbor pickup or a Scottsdale resort offsite.
- Forward-facing captain's chairs with individual space
- Wi-Fi, USB and power outlets, work-friendly lighting
- Luggage room for airport and hotel transfers
- Quiet cabin suited to conversation and calls
- Typically Mercedes-Benz, with a professional, corporate feel

Why Sprinters win for groups of 10–14 in Phoenix
The average Phoenix group is 17 riders, but the most requested individual sizes are 12 and 14 — together they are 29% of all requests. That is Sprinter territory. A Sprinter costs less to run than a 20-passenger bus, so the quote is usually lower for the same night, and the shorter wheelbase means the driver can drop you at the door on Craftsman Court or Stetson Drive instead of a block away on Scottsdale Road.
The trade-off is ceiling: if two more friends say yes, a 14-passenger Sprinter has no give. Because swapping vehicles after the deposit is difficult, groups sitting at exactly 14 should either confirm the list before booking or take the 16-passenger or 18-passenger party bus instead.
Minimums are the same as every vehicle: 4 hours on Friday and Saturday nights, 3 hours on many Sunday–Thursday and daytime trips, and 6 hours on Saturdays in March, April, and May. Bachelorette groups — the Sprinter's biggest fans — book longer than most, with 30% reserving six hours or more to cover brunch, pool, dinner, and Old Town in one ride.
