Three vehicles in our fleet seat twelve, and this is the social one. The stretch limo is the formal option and the executive Sprinter is the working one. This cabin is tall, lit and built for a group that will not sit still.

Brewery tours, resort-to-nightlife wedding groups and girls' nights with several short stops all fit. Tell us roughly how long you'll be at each venue and pick one organizer to talk to the chauffeur. Extra stops are possible when the hours and the local loading rules allow it.

Decide before the day where purses, jackets, bouquets or tasting-day purchases will ride so the aisle stays clear. Ask about cooler, glass and decoration rules when you call — it takes two minutes and saves a conversation at the curb.

It's a coin flip, and our own numbers say so. Bachelorette and bachelor quotes in Phoenix split almost exactly evenly between Sprinter limos and party buses. No other occasion is that divided.

Here's the rule of thumb we give people on the phone. Under fourteen and bar-hopping Old Town, take the Sprinter. Want a dance floor between the stops, take the bus.

The Sprinter's edge is access. It stops at the restaurant door, then at the bar door, in a district where a bus has to stage a block away and everyone walks it. Same story for a party that starts at a golf course and ends in the Entertainment District. Quotes at this size have historically landed around $1,200 for the night, roughly $100 each, usually less than the group would have spent on rides.

Size up or size down?

Down to the 10-passenger limo Sprinter you lose the screen and the upgraded finishes along with two seats, which is fine for a group of eight. Up to the 14-passenger limo Sprinter you gain surround sound and a rear lounge, and that's the largest Sprinter limo we run.

If your twelve want to dance while the wheels are turning, the comparison is the 16-passenger party bus: wider, with a subwoofer and perimeter seating, but longer and harder to place in Old Town. For the same headcount seated in a traditional limousine, there's the 12-passenger stretch limo.

This Sprinter is about as long as a big pickup. It fits rental-house driveways, hotel valet lanes and standard loading zones, and on a night with five stops that convenience beats extra floor space every time.

Phoenix tips for this vehicle

  • Start an Old Town crawl by eight if you want the first stop to yourselves. After nine the curbs and the doors both get slower.
  • For a weekend date, give us three to four weeks. Wedding season and prom season both fill the calendar fast.
  • For a Sky Harbor pickup, send the flight number and we will track it. If the flight slides, we slide with it.
  • The best light for photos on the move is along Camelback Road or through Papago Park, roughly 5:30 to 7 in winter and 6:30 to 8 in summer.
  • Summer evenings beat summer afternoons for boarding. The cabin cools fast, but standing on asphalt at 112 degrees is nobody's favorite part of the night.
  • Ask about red carpet service for a wedding or prom — we can roll out an actual one at the pickup.

In Phoenix it genuinely splits down the middle. Take the Sprinter if the night is restaurants and bars in Old Town, because it stops at the door and loads in two minutes. Take the party bus if the ride itself is meant to be the party. At exactly twelve, the Sprinter is the snugger and easier of the two.
From twelve passengers up, our limo Sprinters have wood-trimmed surfaces and leather upholstery that give the cabin a more finished, almost yacht-like feel than the smaller vans. Put that alongside the flat-screen and the LED lighting and this is the point in the range where it starts reading as a premium lounge.
Light decorations are usually fine: a banner, a few balloons, a sash on the seat of honor. Skip confetti, glitter and anything adhesive on leather or wood, because those end in cleaning charges. The vehicle arrives at your start time, so budget five minutes to put things up. Ask about the rules when you book.
Four or five if they're close together, like within Old Town or along Mill Avenue. A Sprinter loads and unloads in a couple of minutes, which is exactly where it beats a bigger vehicle. If your stops are spread out, say Arcadia then Old Town then downtown Phoenix, plan on three and enjoy the ride between.
Good for the people, awkward for the clubs. Twelve golfers plus twelve bags will not fit in a limo-style cabin, and eight with bags is realistic depending on the layout. For a full group with clubs, ask about an executive Sprinter or a small coach. For the evening after, once clubs are back at the hotel, it's ideal.
You need a bigger vehicle, because the chauffeur can't carry more riders than the rating allows. Moving to the 14-passenger limo Sprinter comes down to availability on your date. This is the most common sizing mistake we see from bachelorette groups, so if anyone is a maybe, reserve fourteen seats from the start.
Yes. A Sprinter cabin is compact and the climate control handles it easily, especially when the chauffeur cools it before pickup. Coming off a pool day, bring towels to sit on and dry clothes if you can, since wet swimwear on leather is unpleasant for everyone and may run into the cleaning terms.
