Twenty to twenty-four riders, and about twenty-one or twenty-two adults is where it feels right.

This is the size where the cabin turns into a club. A dance pole and a wet bar with ice and glassware join the dance floor, flat-screen, LED lighting and subwoofer. That makes it a natural for big bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays and prom groups that outgrew twenty seats.

At nineteen with nobody who'll touch the pole, the 22-passenger party bus is plenty. At twenty-four with couples still deciding, ask about the 26-passenger party bus.

The 24 is the bachelorette bus. A dance pole, a wet bar with ice and glassware, and enough floor to use both, on top of everything the smaller buses carry.

Most Saturdays it is doing Old Town: dinner, photos on the bus, then two or three lounges. Topgolf Scottsdale is a common opener for a birthday group that wants to do something before it goes out.

The 22-passenger party bus is the move if you're twenty or under and want the dance floor without the pole and glassware bar. It's a touch shorter too, which helps on the narrow streets around Old Town's Entertainment District.

The 26-passenger party bus gives you the same club features with two more seats and a bit more standing room. Worth it when the list is twenty-three and climbing.

For a wedding-guest run or a corporate group of twenty-four where nobody's dancing, the 24-passenger coach bus is a calmer ride: forward-facing recliners, Wi-Fi and a restroom. A party bus this long still pulls through most Scottsdale and Paradise Valley resort canopies, though a few boutique hotels will send it around to a side entrance.

Decide where the bus waits during dinner. Old Town loading points fill up on a Saturday, and knowing in advance whether your chauffeur holds a curb or circles back changes how the whole night runs.

The cabin runs a little longer too, so there's more standing room on the floor. Seating style, LED lighting, the flat-screen and the Bluetooth subwoofer all carry over from the smaller dance-floor buses.
It's mounted floor to ceiling and built to be held, and honestly most riders use it as a grab bar as much as a prop. Common sense applies: the bus brakes and turns in real traffic. Keep a hand on it, keep drinks off the floor, and listen to your chauffeur. Anyone who'd rather sit has plenty of perimeter seating.
It's set up with ice and glassware. What you can bring to put in it, and any rules about glass or age, belong in your written quote, so ask us when you request it. One practical tip: bring drinks already cold. Ice keeps things cold, but it won't chill a warm case in the twenty minutes between your house and the first stop.

It can warm up in summer, because two dozen moving people put out real heat. Climate control is sized for the cabin and your chauffeur can run it colder any time you ask. Keeping windows shut, boarding quickly at stops and asking for a pre-cooled bus at pickup make the biggest difference from June through September.
