Dropping to the 26-passenger party bus keeps the pole and wet bar and loses the fiber-optic ceiling and fog machine. Take it if your ride happens mostly in daylight, when lighting effects are wasted anyway.

Moving up to the 30-passenger party bus adds an on-board restroom and a hardwood dance floor, and those change a six-hour day far more than two extra seats do.

At this length, curb space is the constraint. Around TPC Scottsdale and the Old Town bars your chauffeur uses designated charter zones, not the front door. If you're twenty-eight golfers with clubs or a team with gear, remember a party bus has no luggage bay, so look at the 30-passenger coach bus with its under-bus storage.

At the tournament's designated charter and rideshare area, not the gate. The location and the walk change from year to year, and traffic on Frank Lloyd Wright and Bell Road is heavy all week. Fix a pickup time before you go in, because twenty-eight people scattered around the 16th hole are almost impossible to gather by text.
It's a light-effect unit designed for the cabin, and it's optional. If someone in your group has asthma or just doesn't like haze, ask your chauffeur to leave it off. The fiber-optic ceiling and LED lighting carry the whole look without it. Mention the preference when you book so it's noted before the bus shows up.
Hundreds of small points of light across the ceiling, shifting color, a bit like a starfield. Paired with the LED mood lighting it makes the cabin glow after dark, and it photographs beautifully. It needs a straight stretch of curb about three car lengths long and a way out that doesn't involve a tight U-turn. Most Valley subdivisions are fine. If your street is a short cul-de-sac or has cars on both sides, ask guests to clear the curb in front of the house for your pickup window, or meet the bus at the neighborhood entrance.
Banners, balloons and removable signs are generally fine. Skip confetti, glitter and tape on leather, or anything that leaves residue behind, since cleaning charges can apply. Ask about decoration rules and early access when you request your quote, because the bus often arrives straight from the yard right at your start time.
Well, as long as you plan for the distance. Runs to Florence, Rawhide in Chandler or the far West Valley are 45 to 75 minutes each way, and this bus has no restroom, so schedule a stop.
