Two events fill this bus

Groups past thirty passengers are rare in the Valley, and so are the buses that carry them. That's the practical reason to lock a date early rather than a sales pitch.

Prom is the first. Prom quotes run higher than any other event we handle, most landing around $2,100, because the groups are large and the nights are the busiest of the year. That's a record of past quotes, not a price. It's also why two friend groups so often merge onto one prom bus: one larger vehicle split thirty-two ways has tended to cost each family less than two smaller ones.

Weddings are the second, and this bus is almost never the guest shuttle. It's the after-party, moving the friends who aren't ready to go home from the reception out to Old Town or downtown. Size up or size down?

Between this and the 30-passenger party bus, the features are identical, so just count heads. Twenty-eight or fewer confirmed, take the 30.

Between this and the 34-passenger party bus, the bigger bus adds laser lighting and multiple flat-screens. That matters for a prom or a DJ-driven birthday, and not at all for a wedding after-party.

If the job is moving thirty-two wedding guests between a hotel and a venue with no partying involved, the 32-passenger coach bus is the better tool, with forward-facing seats that are kinder to older guests. At this length, resort canopies become case by case: the big properties handle it easily, smaller boutique hotels may send the bus to a side drive. Give us the venue and we'll check.

For a wedding, we need the pickup time at each hotel, the ceremony release time, the reception address and the return schedule. For prom, we need the school's loading rules and the final drop parents have approved. One person should own any changes to that list.

Yes, and we get asked this every April. Two groups of fourteen to sixteen fit with a seat each. It works best when the parents agree on one photo location, or two that are close together, and one return plan. Put a single parent on the reservation and the itinerary so your chauffeur has one person to call on the night.
For most groups, yes. Everyone stays together, you get a restroom, a hardwood floor and better lighting, and there's one quote and one schedule instead of two. Two small buses make sense when pickups are genuinely far apart, like Peoria and Gilbert, or when the venue can't stage a long vehicle. Ask us for both and compare.
The bus arrives at the reception shortly before the last dance, loads whoever is carrying on, and runs to one or two late stops before dropping everyone at the hotel. Give us a realistic headcount, because after-party numbers are almost always lower than couples expect. Check your venue's hard end time and its rules on charter vehicles waiting on the property.
Schools are usually easy, since they're built for buses, though you may be directed to the bus loop rather than the front doors. Resort and event-center proms are the trickier ones: most send charter vehicles to a staging lot and set a dismissal pickup point. Tell your group which door to come out of, because it isn't always the one they went in.
Earlier than anything smaller. April is the busiest month of the year in the Valley, prom demand piles onto a few Saturdays, and only a handful of vehicles anywhere seat more than thirty. The right moment to call is the week your school announces its prom date, or the day your venue confirms your wedding date.
Yes. Thirty-two is the seated capacity and every rider has a spot on the perimeter seating. It will feel full, the way a good bar feels full, because the seating faces inward and the dance floor fills up fast. If you want breathing room at thirty-two riders, ask us about the 34 or 36 instead.
The bus still works, you just have more room. Whether you can switch to something smaller, and whether the price moves, depends on what's available and on the change terms in your written quote, so read that section before you reserve. This is the single best reason to collect money from riders before booking a big bus, not after.
