It's the first in our fleet with an on-board restroom and a hardwood dance floor, added to the fog machine, fiber-optic ceiling, pole, wet bar and TV. Twenty-seven or twenty-eight adults is where it rides best.

A tight two-stop plan with twenty-six riders? The 28-passenger party bus saves you money. Already at thirty with invitations still out? Look at the 32-passenger party bus before anyone else confirms.

Size up or size down?

The 28-passenger party bus has the same lighting and bar but no restroom and no hardwood floor. On a four-hour Old Town night with frequent stops, you won't miss either. On a Glendale concert followed by a Scottsdale after-party, you will.

The 32-passenger party bus keeps everything this bus has and adds two seats. That's the entire difference.

If you need the restroom but not the party, say a family reunion or a church group of thirty, the 30-passenger coach bus gives you forward-facing seats, monitors and under-bus luggage storage. This is a long vehicle: it needs a bus zone or a hotel drive, and it can't stop in a live lane on Scottsdale Road, so plan on a short walk at the busiest venues.

Send the full route and your event times, plus anything you plan to bring to eat or drink. Ask how overtime works when you call, because a reception or a game running long is the most common reason a booking stretches.

Because with thirty people, somebody always needs one. Without it, a group this size starts adding unplanned stops, and every one of those costs about fifteen minutes of reserved time. With it, a run from Queen Creek to Glendale or a slow post-concert exit stops being a problem. It's for convenience on the move; venue facilities are still the better option while you're parked.
Smaller buses give you an open section of standard cabin flooring. From thirty seats up, that area is hardwood, which is wider and much easier to move on in dress shoes or heels, and it handles a spilled drink far better. Footing still depends on the bus being in motion, so hold the pole or a rail when your chauffeur is braking.
You can, and the restroom makes it practical. Think about what your group wants from four hours of highway, though. Perimeter benches are sociable but less restful than forward-facing seats, and there's no luggage bay for day packs or wine. For sightseeing, compare a 30-passenger coach. For a celebration that happens to end up in Sedona, the party bus wins.
One organizer, one deadline. Divide the total, gratuity included, by your confirmed riders, collect through a payment app before you reserve, and keep a short waitlist. If you collect from twenty-eight on a thirty-seat bus, the last two to join just lower everyone's share a little. Deposit and balance timing are set out in the written quote.
It's the best time for availability. Summer draws far fewer requests than spring, so large buses are genuinely easy to reserve. The cabin is climate controlled and your chauffeur can cool it before pickup. Plan door-to-door drop-offs, keep outdoor waits short and bring water. An evening start after sunset is noticeably more pleasant than 5pm.
Not at the restaurant curb. Downtown meters and valet zones can't hold a vehicle this long, so your chauffeur drops you at the door, stages nearby and comes back when you text or at a set time. Tell the restaurant you're arriving by bus. Places along Roosevelt Row and near CityScape usually know the best corner for a quick drop.
A cake and a few covered trays travel fine on the wet bar counter or a spare seat if you're under capacity. Food rules vary, and greasy or messy items can lead to cleaning charges, so ask when you request your quote. Finger food works best. Anything needing plates, forks and a flat table is better handled at one of your stops.
