We typically require a 4-hour minimum on Friday and Saturday nights. On non-prime dates such as Sundays or weekday evenings, a 3-hour minimum may be available. During prom season (March, April, and May), Saturday bookings in certain cities may require a 6-hour minimum. Minimums vary by date and vehicle, so contact us for specifics.
We typically require 50% down at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 to 14 days before your event. If you book within 7 days of your event, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and other approved payment methods. All balances must be paid before entering the vehicle.
No, all deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend booking only when you are confident in your event date. Once a deposit is placed, it secures the vehicle and driver exclusively for your reservation.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing between 8 AM and 8 PM. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Special event dates (such as prom nights, New Year's Eve, and major holidays) are also non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.
We do not provide alcohol, but guests are welcome to bring their own sealed beverages on board. We recommend using plastic cups rather than glass. No food is allowed on the bus. Please keep in mind that all passengers consuming alcohol must be 21 or older.
If minors are present on the vehicle and alcohol is being consumed by adults, a parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) must be on board for the entire duration of the trip. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
