Is 45 seats the right size?

Forty to forty-five people on one party bus. This is the only vehicle in our fleet that does it, and it's comfortable at forty-one to forty-three adults.

It adds dual restrooms and a concert-grade sound system to the VIP rear lounge, multiple wet bars, DJ booth, dual poles, lasers and hardwood floor. Mega birthdays, company-wide celebrations and tournament weekends are what it's built for.

At thirty-eight or thirty-nine, the 40-passenger party bus is easier to stage. Past forty-five, party buses run out and you either pair two vehicles or move to a 48-passenger motorcoach.

This is the biggest party cabin we run: two restrooms, concert-grade sound, lasers, poles and a lounge, all in one vehicle.

It exists for the nights nobody wants to split. New Year's Eve across the city, forty-plus wedding guests moving between Paradise Valley resorts, prom and reunion groups that refuse two vehicles.

Forty-five is a hard ceiling, so the name list has to be real before we hold it. Plan water and food for a long night, because concert volume and five hours go together.

There's no larger party bus, so the only step inside this category is down. The 40-passenger party bus has the VIP lounge and multiple wet bars but one restroom and a standard sound system. Take it if you're under forty.

Above forty-five you have two options: pair this bus with a second vehicle, such as a 20-passenger party bus, and run them on the same itinerary, or switch to a motorcoach like the 50-passenger coach bus, which seats more but trades the dance floor for forward-facing recliners.

This vehicle is as long as a full-size coach. It stays on major roads, needs a designated loading area at every stop and can't make tight residential turns, so choose your pickup points accordingly: a hotel drive, an office lot or a shopping center.

This one. Forty-five passengers is the top of our party-style fleet. Above that we run coach buses up to fifty-six passengers, which have forward-facing seats and no dance floor. Groups bigger than forty-five who still want a party cabin usually book this bus plus a second, smaller party bus and run the two on the same itinerary.
Because one isn't enough for forty-five people on a long night. Dual restrooms cut the wait and keep the aisle clear, which matters on a Phoenix Open day, a Glendale stadium trip or any route with forty-minute legs. They're intended for use between stops. The facilities inside your venues will always be roomier, so send guests there first.
Smaller buses use a Bluetooth system with a subwoofer, which is right for a compact cabin. This cabin is long, and a single speaker set would leave the back quiet or the front deafening. The concert-grade system covers the whole length evenly and works with the DJ booth. Volume is still adjustable, and the rear lounge stays the calmer end.
