Four kinds of questions

It all comes back to one night out and the decisions around it. The categories fall into four buckets.

  • Vehicles. Party buses, stretch and SUV limos, executive Sprinters, shuttles and coaches, plus sound, lighting, restrooms, seating and luggage room.
  • Events. Prom, homecoming, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette nights, birthdays, quinceañeras, concerts, game days, brewery tours, work outings and airport runs.
  • Money and booking. Pricing, deposits, gratuity, minimum hours, overtime, cancellations and how early people call.
  • Valley cities. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria and the rest, each with its own local questions.

Vehicle polls are the ones most people land on first, usually while deciding between a party bus and a Sprinter.

Using the answers

How people actually use these

Mostly to end an argument in the group chat. When half the group wants a stretch limo and half wants a party bus, it helps to see how other groups your size landed.

The music polls do the same job for the playlist. If your own group needs to settle it, the music genre voter lets everyone vote privately so nobody has to campaign for their genre.

Reading a quote for the first time

The gratuity, deposit and lead-time polls are useful in a different way. They show what other customers think is normal, which is handy the first time a quote lands in your inbox and you have nothing to compare it to.

Just keep the two things separate in your head. What people think they should do and what they actually do are not the same, and most Valley groups call us later than they say they would. The Phoenix transportation data page has the measured version, and it is worth a look before you set a date in your head.

A lopsided poll is a hint, not a rule. Two to one on a taste question means something. A 52 to 48 split means riders are genuinely divided, so stop researching and pick what your group likes. And if a poll only has a handful of votes, treat it as a conversation rather than an answer.

City polls are the fun ones

If the night is in Scottsdale or Tempe, the local category is a quick read on what riders rate and where they think a bus is worth it. The Scottsdale nightlife guide turns that into an actual route.

Event categories work the same way. Vote in the prom polls, then read the prom guide for why April Saturdays disappear, or the bachelorette guide if Old Town is on the plan. When you are ready for a real number, send us the date and the headcount and we will price it.

Yes. Your vote is stored against a random key saved in your browser, and that key exists for one reason: to stop the same browser voting twice. It is not tied to your name, email, phone number or any quote you send us. Clear your browser storage and the record of which answers were yours goes with it.
People on this site. Some are planning a trip, some have ridden with us, some are just curious. That makes the polls a good read on what riders prefer and a poor substitute for a survey. For measured numbers, our Phoenix transportation data is built from trip inquiries rather than opinions.
Polls measure opinions: what music people want, how much they tip, whether a dance pole matters. The Phoenix data measures behavior: which days groups request, how big they are, how far ahead they call. Use the polls to settle a group debate and the data to decide when to book and what size to ask for.
