That's the real trade: if every pickup and drop-off is a hotel, an arena or a convention center, go bigger without worrying. If the route includes a campus loop, a garden gate or a club driveway, this is the most capacity you can buy without risking a walk.

Straight answers on minimum hours, deposits, what is included, and what to bring.

A full-size motorcoach needs a wide turning circle and a long straight space to load. This one is short enough to use internal campus roads, garden and club driveways, and hotel loops that would be awkward or flatly off-limits for the biggest coaches. You give up ten to eighteen seats against a motorcoach to buy that access.
Campus access is the university's call, not ours. Both have designated charter bus areas for commencement and events, and some internal roads are closed to outside vehicles entirely. Contact the event office for the approved route and drop points, then send them to us. A bus this length is much easier for them to accommodate than a full motorcoach.
Estimate riders first — usually sixty to seventy-five percent of your hotel guests. For a hundred riders and a fifteen-minute drive, one 38-seat bus needs three loops starting about a hundred minutes before the ceremony. That's tight. Two buses doing two loops each is calmer and gives you cover if one gets held up. Ask us to quote both.
Depends on your booking and the venue. Some have room for a bus to sit; others need it gone and back later. A bus that stays is available for early departures, which older guests genuinely appreciate. Tell us the venue's rule and whether you want continuous service or separate arrival and departure windows, and we'll price it accordingly.
The cabin is climate controlled and cooled before boarding, so the bus isn't the problem. The wait outside is. Have guests gather in the hotel lobby rather than at the curb and board straight on when it pulls up. For a June or September wedding, that one detail does more for guest comfort than anything about the vehicle.
It's a nice touch and we do it often. Half a day in Old Town Scottsdale, the Desert Botanical Garden and Papago Park, or a full day up in Sedona. The luggage bays swallow shopping and picnic supplies. Booking the same bus for the excursion and the wedding shuttle simplifies everything — ask for a combined quote.
With loops, the bus just makes another run, if the clock allows. That's why a buffer matters. Collect shuttle RSVPs on your wedding website with a firm cutoff, then add ten percent. If the number jumps sharply, call us early about a larger bus or a second vehicle — that depends entirely on what's still free for your date.
