Is 16 seats the right size?

Twelve to sixteen riders, and it's genuinely comfortable at all sixteen, because everybody gets their own reclining seat instead of sharing a bench.

This is the shuttle end of our fleet, not the party end. Forward-facing seats with armrests, overhead bins, power and USB at every seat, and a microphone if someone needs to brief the group on the way. There's no restroom at this size, so it's happiest on runs under about ninety minutes or days with natural stops built in.

Under twelve people, the 14-passenger executive Sprinter parks anywhere. Need a restroom for a highway leg? Start at the 20-passenger coach bus.

Size up or size down?

Smaller means leaving the coach range entirely. The 14-passenger executive Sprinter is van-sized, has Wi-Fi and fits in an ordinary parking space, but it stops at fourteen seats.

The 18-passenger coach bus adds two seats and almost no length. The step that actually changes what you can do is the 20-passenger coach bus, which brings a restroom and Wi-Fi on board — the difference between a Valley shuttle and a run up to Sedona.

If those sixteen people are celebrating rather than commuting, the 16-passenger party bus seats the same number around a cooler bar with LED lighting. This mini-coach is the shortest bus we run, which is why it can work a curb on Washington or Adams, a campus visitor loop or a medical-office driveway where a bigger coach would have to stage a block away.

The party bus puts everyone along the walls around a cooler bar with LED lighting and a subwoofer. Pick this one to get people somewhere fresh. Pick that one when the ride is the point.
No. Restrooms start at our 20-passenger coach, along with Wi-Fi. That's fine for what this bus mostly does: office shuttles, hotel transfers, airport runs and day events around the Valley. If you're heading out on a two-hour highway leg, either plan a stop near the halfway mark or ask us to price the 20 instead.
Yes, that's one of its best jobs. Sixteen seats and one door means a loop every twenty to thirty minutes between, say, a Tempe office and a downtown venue. Send us your rider counts by time window rather than just a total. If more than sixteen need to move in the same wave, we'll talk about a bigger bus or a second one.
Overhead bins and any empty seats. Under-floor luggage bays don't start until our 30-passenger coach, so sixteen people with carry-ons are fine and sixteen people with full-size suitcases are not. For an airport group, tell us the bag count up front — booking this bus for twelve or thirteen riders frees up seats for luggage.
Much more easily. The short wheelbase lets it use ordinary loading zones and hotel drives around CityScape, the Convention Center and the Warehouse District that a 50-foot coach simply can't reach. It still won't fit in a parking garage, though, so every drop-off happens at street level.
By the hour or as a straight transfer, depending on what you need. Send us the date, addresses, timing and rider count and we'll tell you which makes more sense. If it's a recurring shuttle — the same loop every morning for a week — ask for one quote covering the whole run rather than booking day by day.
