Eighteen to twenty-two people who want a limousine: this is the only one that fits you. Nineteen or twenty adults is the comfortable load.

Dual wet bars, a dance floor area, multiple LED zones, J-seating, a flat-screen, and red carpet service available. Everyone rides seated under a limousine roofline, however long the car gets.

Seventeen or fewer, the 20-passenger stretch limo is a shorter car with the same kit. Past twenty-two, limousines run out: it's a 24-passenger party bus for a party or a 24-passenger coach bus for a quiet ride.

The 22-Passenger Stretch Limousine is at the curb early, cooled down and lit the way you asked for. With 22 people riding, one organizer talking to the chauffeur is the difference between a smooth night and a long one.

Twenty-two is the top of the stretch range. It is for a group of twenty or so that wants one formal vehicle rather than two smaller limos. A party bus carries the same headcount in a completely different way, so compare the two cabins before you decide.

It works for a large wedding party, a corporate hospitality night or a milestone celebration with a settled guest list. It is a poor airport vehicle once real luggage appears, because there is no bag hold under a stretch.

A car this long needs honest curb planning. Ask your hotels and venues where it can stage, and put those notes in the itinerary. In Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix, a short walk to a legal loading zone is usually faster than waiting for the most visible entrance.

Hardly anyone does this. Once a group passes twenty we're quoting buses, and only about one Phoenix inquiry in five is that big to begin with.

Prom is where most of the demand comes from. A third of Valley prom groups run bigger than twenty, and a group of twenty-one with its heart set on a limousine has exactly one option in our fleet.

Growing from twenty to twenty-two also moves you up a bracket on cost, which has held true historically across every vehicle type rather than just this one. The extra riders normally absorb it. Size up or size down?

One size down, the 20-passenger stretch limo shares every feature and is easier to place at a curb. Take it if your list is eighteen or fewer and final.

There's nothing larger in limousines. Past twenty-two, the 24-passenger party bus keeps the group together with a pole, a wet bar and standing room, at the cost of the formal look.

For a wedding transfer or a corporate dinner, a 24-passenger coach bus is the quieter option and far easier to board. Length is this car's whole limitation, so the venue matters more than the headcount: give us the address and we'll tell you honestly whether it can get in.

Phoenix tips for this vehicle

  • Send your photographer the pickup address and time so the 22-Passenger Stretch Limousine makes the shot list instead of showing up in the background.

Straight answers on minimum hours, deposits, what is included, and what to bring.

This one. Twenty-two passengers is the top of our limo range. Above that the fleet carries on with party buses up to forty-five and coaches up to fifty-six. If you're over twenty-two and still want the limousine feel, two cars travelling together, say a 12 and a 14, is worth asking us about.
At nineteen or twenty adults, comfortable. At a full twenty-two it's snug, as any limousine is at capacity, because the seating is a shared bench and nobody can stand up. Teenagers on a twenty-minute run to prom won't notice. Twenty-two adults on a fifty-minute cross-Valley ride will.
Mechanically, easily. Freeway miles are where a long limousine is most at home. Allow forty-five minutes to an hour each way in normal traffic. The question is comfort, because that's a long stretch on a bench with no standing. For a long round trip, schedule a stop midway or look hard at a party bus.
Wide and slow, and sometimes the chauffeur needs both lanes of an entry road. Most hotels and event venues are built for buses, so they cope fine. The trouble spots are older buildings with short loops and gated communities with tight guardhouse lanes. Send the address and we'll flag anything before the day.
For an evening event, yes. Twenty executives arriving at a dinner or an awards ceremony together keeps the conversation going and the group intact. It isn't a working vehicle, with no Wi-Fi listed and no tables. For a daytime offsite with laptops open, a pair of executive Sprinters or a coach makes more sense.
Sometimes. Two stretches can collect from different cities, fit tighter venues and give each sub-group its own space. One big car keeps everyone together on a single schedule. Two vehicles usually cost more in total than one. Ask for both in your quote request and compare the logistics as well as the numbers.
The vehicle type, the arrival time and the words 'extra-long stretch'. Ask where they want it to load and whether it can stay on site. Proms and galas often assign a lane for limos and buses. Pass what they tell you back to us and the chauffeur goes straight to the right entrance instead of circling.
