Plan for eighteen or nineteen riders rather than filling every seat. Formalwear, gifts and coolers take space that the seat count does not describe. If the list could reach twenty-one, look at the 22 now — changing vehicles late is harder than booking a little buffer.

The 18-passenger stretch limo gives you the dance floor area and LED zones in a slightly shorter car, without the second bar or the red carpet option. The 22-passenger stretch limo is the largest stretch we run and the only way to keep twenty-one or twenty-two riders in a limousine.
The comparison most families actually weigh is the 20-passenger party bus: a dance floor you can stand on, a subwoofer, faster boarding. The limo answers with a quieter seated ride and a more formal arrival.
At this length, think about every stop before you book. School and hotel loops are fine. A restaurant in a strip center may not have a lane long enough, so pick a dinner spot with a big lot or a valet drive. With twenty sharing, each family's portion is small.
