- The directions page says event-day parking varies, and the campus uses a lot of separate fields for cars, RVs and trailers.

- The campus map separates arenas, fields, parking, RV areas and administrative buildings across a very large site.
- The A-to-Z guide says fire lanes stay clear, and overnight parking is limited to RV or designated areas unless the City agrees in writing.
Say which part of the campus you're headed to
More than one thing can be running here at once across the arenas, fields and exhibit halls. Send the event title, the building or field, the public entrance and your organizer's contact, and we'll route to that, not to the Pima Road sign.
For horse shows and exhibitions, keep your ride separate from trailers, feed deliveries and RV check-in. Those use different gates and different internal roads, and the guest instruction is the one your bus follows.
The event map beats the web page
WestWorld says outright that parking depends on the event, so we work from the map published for yours and pick the approach from the Loop 101 that it shows. On the day, staff and signs outrank anything printed a week earlier.
Three things to confirm: where you get off, whether the bus can stay, and which road it takes to come back for you. Fire lanes are never a waiting spot, so if it can't stay we stage off campus and come in when you call.
Long walks and staggered exits
Events here let out through several gates, sometimes on different schedules by session or hall. Pick a meeting point tied to a sign, an arena or something on the map, and tell people whether to wait inside or come out.
On a multi-day event, check the plan each morning. Fields and entry roads shift with attendance and weather, so yesterday's lot isn't a safe bet. If anyone has mobility needs, ask the organizer for the accessible path to the loading point.
