Name the destination inside the campus
WestWorld can host more than one activity across arenas, fields and exhibit spaces. Collect the event title, assigned building or field, public entrance and organizer contact before setting the route. A passenger message should include the internal destination and a map reference, not only the Pima Road street address.
For equestrian or exhibition programs, keep passenger transportation separate from trailers, feed deliveries, exhibitor credentials and RV check-in. These movements may use different entrances and internal roads. The bus record should follow the guest instruction supplied by the event, even if another member of the organization received a vendor route.
Let the event map determine the approach
The venue explicitly warns that parking is event-dependent. Download or link the map published for the current event and record the chosen approach from Loop 101 or the organizer's alternate route.
