The short answer
Pick a party bus if the group wants to stand, dance, and move around. Pick a stretch limousine for a seated, formal arrival. Pick a Sprinter for 10–14 people who want headroom and easy curb access, or a business-grade cabin. Pick a shuttle or coach bus for wedding guest loops, airport transfers, luggage, and anyone who needs a wheelchair lift. Every one of them comes with a licensed, insured driver, air conditioning and heat, and one all-inclusive price that already includes fuel, taxes, and gratuity.
In Phoenix, 73% of groups ask for a party bus first, 20% ask for a Sprinter, 5% for a limousine, and 2% for a coach or shuttle. That split says a lot about the events people book — bachelor parties and birthdays are 59% of requests — but it should not decide your ride. Headcount and the kind of night you want should.
Party bus: the club on wheels
A party bus is a large vehicle designed for celebrating on the move. Inside you get wraparound leather seating around an open floor, LED or color-changing lighting, a club-quality sound system with Bluetooth, and a bar or mini-bar stocked with ice and bottled water. Some buses have a dance pole that can be removed or wrapped in balloons on request. Phoenix party buses seat 16 to 45.
Best for: bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, proms, bar crawls, concerts, and game days — any night where the ride is part of the party. Not ideal for: anyone who needs step-free boarding, or trips where luggage matters.

Stretch limousine: seated and formal
A stretch limousine has leather bench seating along both sides, a privacy partition, mood lighting, a premium sound system, and a mini-bar with ice and water. Phoenix limos seat 8 to 22. The experience is intimate and polished — and seated. Guests cannot stand, dance, or walk to the bar the way they can on a party bus.

Party bus vs. limo in one sentence
Limos are elegant but feel tight for larger groups because everyone stays seated; party buses are built for social events where guests move between the front and back.
Sprinter: two very different vans
A Sprinter is a high-roof Mercedes van for 10–14 passengers, and it comes in two styles that serve different jobs:
- Limo-style Sprinter — perimeter leather seating, mood lighting, entertainment, and a bar area. Think of it as a smaller party bus with more headroom. Phoenix bachelorette groups choose it 46% of the time, more than any other vehicle.
- Executive Sprinter — forward-facing captain's chairs, Wi-Fi, power, and a quiet, work-friendly cabin. Built for corporate outings, airport transfers, and business travel.
Sprinters fit Old Town Scottsdale curbs where bigger buses stage a block away, and 12–14 seats is the single most requested size band in Phoenix (29% of requests). The trade-off is ceiling: at exactly 14 riders there is no room for two more friends. Compare limo and executive Sprinters.
Shuttle and coach buses: comfort, luggage, and access
Shuttle buses are mid-sized (roughly 16–30 seats) with forward-facing seats and belts, luggage space, AC and heat, and wheelchair lifts on request. Full-size coaches (32–56 seats) add under-floor luggage bays, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and monitors for longer highway trips. They are the most affordable forward-facing option per seat for big groups.
Best for: wedding guest shuttles between the hotel block and the venue, Sky Harbor and hotel transfers, corporate events, church and school groups, Sedona and Flagstaff day trips, and accessible group travel.
